Some coffee drinkers think dark roasts are stronger and have more caffeine kick than light roasts. The truth, however, is that caffeine content remains pretty much the same during each stage of the roasting process. The difference between roasts is taste, not the amount of caffeine.
The most concentrated coffee type is a ristretto – this contains relatively the highest level of caffeine. However, a lungo is larger and thus contains more caffeine than a ristretto. Based on concentration levels of caffeine, these would be the strongest coffee types: RISTRETTO.
Darker roasts typically boast a bolder, richer flavor and aroma than lighter ones. Coffee beans lose caffeine and mass in the roasting process, so darker roasts generally have slightly less caffeine, though the difference is negligible.
Robusta beans are scarcer and of a more mellow quality, but pack twice as much caffeine as Arabica beans. It's a high-caffeine coffee. And if you're a pragmatist who perceives coffee as a caffeine vehicle, you might be glad to know that most instant coffees use Robusta beans.

In terms of aroma and flavour, Turkish coffee has a strong taste. Since the ground coffee beans are not filtered, some of it remains suspended in the drink. The very fine grind contributes to a thicker coffee and stronger taste compared to a regular cup of coffee. Turkish coffee is considered a moderate coffee.

Usually, Americano has less amount of caffeine than a cup of black coffee. If you want to increase the caffeine intake, then you can use a double shot of espresso when making an Americano.

PRO: Dark roast still contains chlorogenic acid lactones and melanoidins, which have antioxidant properties. CON: All research indicates that total free chlorogenic acid content decreases as the coffee is roasted to a darker level. This in turn impacts antioxidant activity of those particular polyphenols.
Is Americano stronger than drip coffee? Americanos have a fewer caffeine content than drip coffees, although not by much. Based on the Mayo Clinic, Americano (with two shots of espresso) has about 94 to 150 milligrams of caffeine, whilst a drip coffee has roughly between 95 and 200 milligrams of caffeine.
Arabica beans: In contrast with the Robusta coffee beans, Arabica beans are known for their mild taste, so they are a better option for people who don't like bitter coffee. On top of that, Arabica beans have a sweeter taste, contrasting with the bitterness of coffee.
